These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "TCS") govern the use of the Storyshort application (hereinafter "the Application"), operated by StudioQuinze (hereinafter "the Company"). By accessing the Application and subscribing to a plan or making a purchase, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these TCS.
These TCS define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision of audiovisual content through a paid subscription or one-time purchase model.
Storyshort offers the following services:
Users may subscribe to various plans (monthly, yearly, etc.), with prices displayed within the Application.
Payments are made online using the available payment options on the Application (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, please go to your app store settings.
StudioQuinze makes every effort to ensure continuous access to the Application. However, temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates. StudioQuinze shall not be held liable for any unavailability beyond its control.
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that have already begun.
StudioQuinze shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by external factors (internet outages, technical problems beyond its control, etc.) or for any damages resulting from misuse of the Application.
All content available on Storyshort is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written authorization from StudioQuinze. Any attempt at unauthorized reproduction or copying will result in legal action.
StudioQuinze implements advanced security measures to protect user data and transactions. Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access will lead to immediate account suspension and legal proceedings.
User personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Application's Privacy Policy. Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data.
StudioQuinze reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the Application.
These TCS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts. StudioQuinze will always favor an amicable resolution before any legal action.
